Located at the centre of a prime vegetable producing region, SILL has been offering UHT long life soups in cartons since 1987.

This advanced technology, using pressure cooking just like at home, preserves all the organoleptic qualities and nutritional values of fresh vegetables.

Armed with its industrial know-how and the talent of its chefs, Sill rose to the very top of European liquid soup manufacturers, with its LA POTAGERE brand and its numerous partner brands.

SILL is also a major player in the organic soups sector with its LA POTAGERE Bio brand and its numerous industrial partners.

Technology

SILL packages its liquid soups, ready-to-use, in cardboard cartons in the following formats:

Individual portion:

  • small 25 cl carton
  • small 30 cl carton

Family portion:

  • 50 cl carton
  • 1L carton

 SILL produces 60 million packages per year and has a workshop capacity of 100 million packages per year.

Quality  and standards

In order to meet customer expectations and satisfy client demands,
SILL has chosen to promote quality since 1992, in order to offer high quality products. The quality control system is built around  adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
The on site laboratory carries out quality control testing at all stages of production.
